Executive Project/Change Consultant

BDCG’s senior professionals leverage extensive experience in managing engagements and client relationships.

Senior executives have diverse business backgrounds and extensive program/project management experience. Senior executives/managers are responsible for providing oversight and management across change programs, complex initiatives or multiple projects. These leaders work closely with senior level client stakeholders to secure the necessary resources and performance to ensure success. BDCG senior managers partner with Steering Committees, PMOs, and business executives to develop and accomplish business transformation strategies.

Senior Project / Change Managers

BDCG’s Project/Change Consultants and Analysts average three to five years business and project experience. Our analysts perform a variety of project support roles including requirements gathering, reporting, testing, implementation support, etc. Our analysts are experienced in mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, reengineering and systems conversions.
